Hello everyone,

I've been admiring the group for a few days; despite some of the
squabbling, this makes for a good read! I'm hooked.

I have a question for anyone living in or familiar with the Portland
area...

I'm moving to east Portland off Milwaukie on the 30th. I'm 18, and
planning on enrolling in PSU next fall, but for now I'm hanging out and
working.

Is there a discounted student-type pass I can get for TriMet? Or, if
not, a cheap deal on passes etc. like through a certain storefront or
something?

I'm trying to save up as much as I can for going to school; I'm paying
my own way next fall so I have quite a bit to save. I'm not familiar
wih TriMet at all...
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

TriMet fare info can be had here: http://www.trimet.org/fares/index.htm

I don't think discounts are available - unless it's through PSU.
