I live in Toronto and would like some information about the trolley bus line that ran from Harvard Square on Mass Ave into Boston. What was the route and when was it closed? I rode it in 1949 when my family was visiting Boston. Tony Turrittin ***@hotmail.ca

Sorry I can't help you with up-to-date information, but perhaps
somebody can.

I did visit there about 20 years ago, and took a picture of buses in
the depot on Mass Ave -- you can see them here, towards the bottom of
the page.

It was a Sunday, and apparently they didn't run on Sundays, so I never
got to ride on one, and I don't think they went into the middle of
Boston then.
